Seattle’s greatness was magnified since the weather was damn near perfect [aka sunny and 75-80 degrees with a little sunburn to prove it]. I’ve been to the city a number of times but to see it by way of Amerivespa was a whole new experience. We spent a couple meals at Thai Tom since we were staying in the University District and fell in love with a new-to-us Mexican food place in the Georgetown neighborhood called Fonda La Catrina. Holy hell that was unbelievably good. We sat at the bar, watching the magic happen while I happily shoveled enchiladas verdes in my mouth and washed it down with a paloma. They’re doing good things here. It’s out of the way from the normal Seattle action, but it’s absolutely worth it.
