These were supposed to have grated tomato on them, but it wasn’t quite tomato season. I think I subconsciously knew that because I forgot didn’t buy them at the store. If they are in season, I highly recommend buying a couple, slicing them in half

Seattle’s greatness was magnified since the weather was damn near perfect [aka sunny and 75-80 degrees with a little sunburn to prove it]. I’ve been to the city a number of times but to see it by way of Amerivespa was a whole new experience.

We’re off this weekend to Seattle for Amerivespa. They’re calling it “a meetup for scooter afficionados.” I’d say Andrew more than qualifies. He’s been borderline obsessed since he got his, and the fact that this year’s meetup is in Seattle, it’s icing on the cake.

I really can’t believe it took me this long to make chicken wings. They are so easy. Unbelievably so. There is a shop in the neighborhood we can get wings at but they’re known for being unbelievably slow. In the time it takes to get
